THE YEAR OF THE HORSE was ushered in grand style on February 28, 2026. We were privileged to have the Eye Dotting ceremony of the lions and the traditional lion dance preformed with the lions and instruments gifted to the association by the City of Guangzhou in commemoration of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the LAGSCA. With that roaring welcome we enjoyed a delicious dinner, speeches by local dignitaries including Representative Judy Chu and Gene Seroka, the Executive Director of the Port of Los Angeles.
