August 2000 – LAGSCA Delegation was warmly received by Honorable Lin Shusen, Mayor of Guangzhou (fifth from left, front row) at Guangzhou City Hall.

November 2003 – LAGSCA hosted the delegation from Guangzhou led by Honorable Chen Kaizhi, Chairman of Guangzhou CPPCC.

Since its founding in 1981, LAGSCA has received numerable delegations from Guangzhou and other cities in China, and it has organized delegations to visit China as well. The on-going exchange of visits has contributed greatly to the enhancement of the friendship and understanding between the two sister cities and the two countries.
